Library and Information Centre
A vital academic unit of the college, the library caters to the academic needs of the students with its vast collection of books belonging to diverse disciplines. Its involvement in research and extension and also in the dissemination of information makes it the centre of information sharing. The library has a collection of 24000 books and subscribes 17 periodicals and 8 different newspapers relevant for the academic community. The library also functions as information centre with its online and offline services namely SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information) and CAS (Current Awareness Service) services. The department of library conducts various seminars and debates for students. The library is equipped with advanced facilities like OPAC service and CCTV monitoring facilities. The library facilitates a serene atmosphere with its separate reading room and study area for teachers and students and follows green protocol.
